I don't understand why this is so difficult to find in stores, but I keep ordering it from Amazon. I use a thin layer, wait until it dries, then do my mani as usual. My polish usually starts popping off after five days, or sooner, if I am washing a lot of dishes in hot water. This is fine with me, since I like doing a lot of different designs.

This is great for people who use glitter, studs or other decals, and there is zero damage, unlike nail polish remover.

This base coat definitely works the way it is supposed to. It's quite similar to Elmer's glue and works in the same way. A thin, smooth coat dries clear in a few minutes over bare nails and is then ready for polish. Once dry, the polish peels off quite easily. My problem, as with many of the other reviewers, is that it peels off too easily.

When I wear this base coat, my nails begin to chip and come off within a day or two. Personally, that's just not worth it. At the same time, if you're a nail artist that posts many swatches or changes their manicure often, this would be perfect for you. I've also found that applying 2 coats of top coat and wrapping the tips of the nail helps significantly in making a lasting manicure. You can also add a bit of base coat underneath a peeling bit of polish and stick it back on for a while. Still, I have to repaint at least one nail every day after using the base coat.

So, yeah. It works, but it isn't perfect. I'm probably going to play around with some other peel off polishes and see how they work for me. But, this may work perfect for you, so I wouldn't discount it.

Application was...okay. it didn't go on super smooth, but one coat did look to cover the whole nail. After 24 hours - the sections that peeled off also took off some of my nail enamel. I actually needed to use acetone to take off mkstmof the color. I do not recommend and will not buy again.

It takes a little bit to dry, like 5-6 minutes, and when you put it on it's hard to make smooth so I recommend putting the peel off basecoat then a regular glossy base coat over it, then the nail polish since it's a little lumpy. Other than that it peels off nicely and is a great to use if you don't want to use acetone.

First, let's get this out of the way:it's NOT the best peel off base coat out there. But us Canadians have limited options without dealing with extortionate shipping from the USA or high priced indies. This DOES work. I can apply it and have my mani last for at least 5 days and then peel it OFF without issue. It does not damage my nails. But the best thing this does in my opinion... Use it as a cuticle barrier (think Simply Peel). It is AMAZING like that, dries fast and peels off like a DREAM. Amazing for the price... Double duty product? YES PLEASE! ♥

It's a white liquid, smells like fevicol. So u put this on, wait for it dry and then put on a basic base coat and the remaining layers of polish + top coat. And this entire process don't play with water, otherwise the whole thing will come off.
The good part is the takimg off part... It doesn't really come off in 1 piece but it does come off... No need for acetone.. and the removal process takes about a minute max..
