This is an awesome base coat. I dance ballet, and the pointe shoes cause ridges on my toenails. This is the only base coat that I have found that makes my toenails completely smooth. The product also last a long time and doesn't yellow my nails. Thank you Sally :)

This stuff is fantabulous! It lasts for every bit that I need it to, and it's a great multitasking polish. Unfortunately, my local store stopped stocking it, and I am a million times sadder than a little boy that's just lost his balloon.
I DON'T use this as a base on my fingers- I use the nail growth stuff- but I DO use it on my funky toes and it does wonders!
I do use this as a top coat on both fingers and toes, and it gives my nails a marvelous lacquered look! I always use it over my nail decals and glitter- I HATE using glitter polish without it because the glitter pulls my hair. It often gives them an almost 3D effect, like those tables I used to see as a kid that had glitter and stuff under the clear coat. I mean, if that makes sense...
It DOES take just short of forever to dry, so if you're in a hurry it's probably not your cup of tea.
It can last me a week or more, especially with added coats through the week. HOWEVER- eventually it gets so thick you can simply peel it all off.
For my nail art, this is a great product. I would say a must have, but I currently don't have it and I seem to be surviving in some sort of half-life regardless.

Might be my new favorite thing- don't tell my daughter. ;)

The Salon Manicure sets never cease to amaze me! I absolutely loved the top coat and (after I figured it out) the Cuticle + Moisturizing Balm. This base coat is amazing and does exactly what it says, provides strength and helps weak nails. Also my nails are not stained after using reds or purples. I used this base coat and then the Salon Manicure Top Coat and after working a rough shift of doing freight and banging my nails, my manicure is still fresh looking! If you have not bought this or the other salon manicure material then you are not getting a true long lasting manicure.

WOW!

It's a nice base coat, it gives my nails a smooth look and make them feel strong, the only downside is that makes them look a little yellow when I wear it alone even if under it my nails are not yellow.

Super Smooth

I have a lot of ridges and very thin nails. This product went on well, but when it dried, it had a minimal effect on smoothing out the ridges.  The picture shows my nail after the base coat, one coat of polish and a top coat. Please enlarge the photo and you can still see the ridges.
