Last week, I received the shipment of "Sally Hansen Airbrush Face Makeup Lightweight Spray Foundation For All Skin Types Oil-Free – 240 Soft Honey". I appreciate the delivery of airbrushed make-up in an inexpensive aerosol spray form. The type of airbrush make-up delivery system I have seen advertised is too expensive for me although I suppose I could purchase the necessary items separately. The make-up itself gives very good sheer flawless coverage but I did find that the spray bottle button was difficult to press with my arthritic hands so I sprayed it directly on my face. I was able to get excellent coverage with just a little bit of make-up using my fingers to spread it.

It Gives Great Coverage!

I have wondered how the air brush products worked so when i got the chance to try them out i was willing. I got six bottles which wa so great because i have several close ones that were willing to try and so happy with the product as like myself they thought you just sprayed it on ethe face it only takes a small amount. it is very quick to apply and spreads so evenly. my caregiver got one my daughter got one my daughter in law one and i got two everyone had a different skin color so it was great to see which one who ever could use, everyone was happy and said they would buy when it run out i know i will it is great my skin has freckles sun damage wrinkles and some dryness in spots but this is great. it is light feeling and not heavy make up feeling i will surly buy some more when this runs out and i think the price is great and the many shades you have to choose frome is nice. I love the feel like no make up. The look is great not make uyp look. i am 76 so it is hard to get something for old skin/

feels so good

This makeup needs a little extra shake than what you're use to. It blends in beautifully. Spreads well. Coverage is average. It does outlast other makeup in staying power. Plus, if you need to,
you can apply more directly over what you already have on without it caking. All in all, I'm pleased with it and it will become my daily makeup.

i bought it since i hate regular foundations, no matter which one i always feel them on my face, so i wanted to try an airbrush spray, but at sephora the cheapest is 32 dlls so i saw this one while buying nail polishes, YES THEY HAVE IT NEXT TO LEG TANNING, and i bought it and i fell in love it is light to medium coverage but you can easily build that up, it sets fast and nice on my skin, scent free to me that is important since im sensitive on my nose, didnt break me out nor make me oily, i didnt even need a setting powder with this; and finally great price.

I'm using the lightest color, classic ivory, as per directions I shook the bottle and sprayed a bit in my hand then used my fingers to apply. I do like using a sponge more though. I like that it's oil free because I have fairly oily skin to begin with and I don't like adding to it but I do wish it had some SPF to it. It's very light coverage but you can build it up a bit. I like that it doesn't feel like I have it on too, it feels soft but not greasy. Mine lasted around 7 hours, even through a walk with my dog in 100 degree weather.

This is a review of Sally Hansen’s new line of Airbrush Face Makeup. I received this product free to try and review by Walmart Spark Reviewer Program. It comes in six different colors, from Classic Ivory, Natural Beige, Warm Beige, Soft Honey, Natural Tan, and Warm Caramel. It is an ultra fine spray mist that you spray in your hand and apply to the face with your fingertips. I first applied a primer, then begin applying the makeup. Applies and blends evenly. I do wish it had a brush to blend the makeup. Applied twice for more coverage. Dries to a matte finish. Lightweight makeup that last all day. It is oil free, but at the end of the day my nose had some shine, but not the rest of my face. It does minimize the look of pores. For all skin types. I wear Soft Honey; I find this is closer to my natural color. There is a very slight fragrance. Not enough that I am concerned about. Dermatologist tested. Feels like you're not wearing makeup! I recommend Sally Hansen’s Airbrush Face Makeup to everyone for daily wear to even out the skin tone and slight imperfections.

Airbrush Face Makeup

I was actually quite impressed with this spray foundation. It delivers everything promised as far as being a lightweight foundation that is fragrance-free and long wearing. I gave it the ultimate test by seeing if it would last through very hot August weather and it really did. It feels very light and natural, blends into the skin very nicely, and sets well once applied. It also really does deliver a shine-free finish that lasts. I haven't had any issues with it transferring onto any clothing and it washes off easily with soap without leaving any kind of staining. It is oil-free and dermatologist tested for all skin types and never feels heavy or greasy. The button used to push the spray foundation out of the can is quite stiff, which is both good and bad. Good, because you can dispense just a small amount of foundation onto your fingertips, if needed, and would be difficult to leak/spill if the protective cap were to come off, while being carried in a make-up bag or purse. Bad, because it does require more effort to use the product, so I would not be able to recommend to someone who does not have very much strength in their fingers. Overall a great product that works and is easy to use both at home or on the go.

What foundation makeup should be

I’m not usually one to wear foundation but I thought I would give Airbrush Face Makeup by Sally Hansen a try. I like to let my face breathe and go all natural and you defiantly know you are wearing foundation when you put this on. I feel like you have to put a lot on to achieve the desired level of coverage. The foundation color defiantly brings out the red in my face. I feel like that is what I’m trying to cover up. I would not go out and buy this again. I let my sister give it a try. She likes to wear foundation and doesn’t mind that you have to put a lot on to get the look you are trying to achieve. Her skin tone is also different from mine and the color of the spray doesn’t bring out the red in her face. I do like that it is oil free and doesn’t make our faces break out. No one likes a foundation that will make your face break out making you need to wear more and more foundation/cover-up. So I believe this is the one plus for me on this product. My sister says she would buy it again. So I guess in conclusion to my review I am going to say, you need to try it for yourself and see if you like it. You won’t like it if you have red in your skin tone.

good and bad depending on your skin tone

I received 6 different shades of the Sally Hansen 1.0oz Airbrush spray foundation for review purposes. I was asked to pick one color and give my honest review.
I picked the 120 classic Ivory to do my review on, because that is the closest to my skin tone. I followed the directions by shaking the bottle and spraying in my hand. After, I used my fingers to apply to my face. I wanted to see the difference on my face so I only applied the product to the right side only. This foundation had a very light airy feeling like advertised I agree. Also, felt as if nothing on my skin yes I admit. On the other hand, it gave very little to no coverage. I even applied 3 layers of the makeup to my face and still little to no coverage. I also notice the more I applied the more my skin changed to a weird orange color.

With that said, I to have to be honest and say, “I’m not impressed”. I honestly feel this product would be a waste on money if you were looking for coverage, because you would have to use many layers to achieve the look you desire, which would cause the can deplete fast. I don’t recommend this product at all and give it a 2 for effort.

I really wanted this to work as airbrush make up systems are very costly and require a machine, etc...
I followed the directions which say to spray the foundation into your hand and then apply with your fingertips to your face. Well, the foundation is so dry it isn't spreadable or blendable. And whatever I was able to get on my face didn't offer any coverage whatsoever. It may be helpful to use a make up sponge or brush, but I didn't try that.
Also the dispensing button is hard to depress.
I normally use a foundation color beige or chamois. This beige was darker than what I'm used to. I'd have to go to the next lightest shade, ivory.
For me, this product was a complete fail.
