Make sure nails are clean and dry. Use nail polish remover to wipe away any residue on the nail. Step 1: Apply 2 coats of Miracle Gel Color. Allow color to dry for 5 minutes. Step 2: Apply 1 coat of Miracle Gel Top Coat.

    This Sugar Fix is a gentle baby blue with gentle hints of grey, a sort of cornflower-sky blue and definitely a keeper and as with most Sally Hansen products it comes with the excellent flat squoval brush that is becoming more standard across good nail polish ranges now. Pastels can be hit and miss but this really is a two coat wonder and a beautiful colour to boot.Make sure you pair with the sunlight cure top coat as otherwise it will not last you, this system is designed as two-step not as an optional extra.First of all I love the squoval flat brush is much easier to neatly apply your nail polish in long effective strokes as the design tends to be smoother and less blobby and also discourages the user from the 'dabbing' method that results in poor finish.The application was easy and the finish after one thin coat is translucent and dull, but a second thin coat literally transforms this in a beautiful opaque cornflower-sky blue and dries 10x quicker than my experience with Pinky Promise in this line . Some may prefer the sheer look with their tips showing through but if I'm wearing a colour I want opacity or its not worth the effort.The gel topcoat certainly gives extended wear (as long as you sunlight cure it before going to bed!) so make sure you take the time to do the two step and your manicure should last at least a week. This is a colour I would repurchase again and again it's so so pretty on both nails and toes,

    I have a zillion bottles of rarely used polish (which I am going to toss).. They all have issues. Many don't cure fast and I'm always messing up a manicure because I can't just sit around for hours waiting for nails to dry/cure. My friend suggested this product and it is a game-changer for me. So much so I'm now experimenting with colors like Sugar Fix blue (see photo) and teal, when I've always been a pink and mauve girl. NOTE the pix came out more light a bright blue, but actual color is periwinkle, just like the crayola crayon. If you pay attention to the reviewers who know their stuff, you'll see they recommend buffing the nail surface first, just to get the natural gloss and oils off. The polish will stick better and last longer. I put on three coats, then will add top gloss coat. Photo was taken after nails dry but before topcoat. LOVE this product. I get a week of pretty nails without the usual chips and touchups, and my nails are harder and don't break as easily so they can grow longer than before. Customer for life.
