This is my favorite eyeliner. I have used it for  years, it is the only brand i buy. It Goes on smooth and doesnt run. I always get the shade black. Would recommend.

I have used this same eye pencil since high school, and that was a long time ago.   I still use it even though I have switched over to liquid eyeliner.   Sometimes I just use this becuase it is less "severe" looking and it's quicker to apply for me.

The pencil is a softer consistancy than the covergirl pencils that don't include the blending tip, and goes on easily.   It's nice they included a blending stump, but on eyelids I rarely use it.

great eyeliner. i love that it has a blender on the other side which makes great for smokey eyes. the packaging makes great for traveling and is worth your money. this truly is a deep black.

Amazing

My hair has been grey since my 30's. I've tried so many colors over the years on my eyebrows %26 this charcoal color blends in well with my grey hair without making my eyebrows jump out because of the wrong color. I want my eyes %26 cheeks plus lips to stand out not my eyebrows %26 this color does it. I like the pencil being so easy to apply %26 erase (with a cutip) when I've made mistakes drawing the arch.  The fact that the manual sharpener allows me to manipulate the size %26 pointedness f the oencil I love too. I buy 2 at a time to make sure I don't run out.

Just right for a “grey-hair”!

I used it for my eyes and lip liner. Works very well amd I love it. Not too soft or too hard, perfect. And order came in about 2 week early lol.

I try this eyeliner in my eyes and in my eyebrows and they are very soft and creamy , the color or a perfect matching for my eyebrows and even when it's for my eyes we all know we can use some products on our benefit . I also made a line in my eye and  It's very soft when you apply it, and I think this could work perfect on a non make up make up eye! Good product for a small price , just need to add eyeshadow or powder to fix the eyeliner and long-last better. Good item to try!

It's a good soft and creamy eyeliner

At the beginning Walmart was great. It's just been my last few orders. They substituted when I didn't want no substitution say my package was delivered and it wasn't delivered delays after delay on items.

What's happening with Walmart?

This is too hard and dried out to use on your eyes! I'm afraid it will tear my skin because I have to press so hard to get it to apply to my eyelids! So sad I bought 2!

received in unopened package, noted product made in Mexico.  The covergirl perfect blend eyeliner pencil was a good color, gray and not glittery. However the pencil's consistency was dry, and it would come off on my hand with pressure, but would not line my eyelids at all. It seems to be either very poor quality or old old old stock that has hardened and dried out.
