In size and thickness, the liner reminds me of an ordinary children's felt-tip pen. It is quite convenient to hold it in your hand.

The cap fits very tightly, preventing the rod from contacting the air. It is very simple and convenient to draw an arrow with them. I easily get both a thin, everyday arrow and a thicker expressive one. I am very happy with this liquid liner!

I bought this liner today at my local store and it does not apply easily! It seems as though it is old and dry even though I bought it brand new. Also, the “liquid” liner turns blue when concealer touches it. It has cause me a great deal of pain to reapply it and remove the ugly edges. Hopefully this was just my experience. I will have to buy a new one.

The product packaging was opened upon delivery. The product was clearly used, it has the wrong color cap( black not brown like shown in the picture). Will return to the store. Don't order from Walmarts third party suppliers.

TERRIBLE

I ordered this item because the one i was using dried out when the cap wasn't placed correctly. i was browsing Ibotta for coupons and stumbled upon this brand and ordered it. The ink in the pen is fine when i tested it on the back of my hand but I've tried using it several times and it is hard to draw the line. you have to press fairly hard to make the ink come out and obviously you don't want to press hard on your eye area. once again, I tried applying it on the back of my hand and the ink wouldn't come out without applying pressure to the pen.

Never purchasing again

Please bring back the exact line, I hate the paddle shape! It smears too easily, it's hard to get off, and I have raccoon eyes! I've used covergirl for years, not sure why you changed it, but I'm currently looking for another brand.

I started using intensify me eyeliner in smoked anber several months ago. It had a squared off applicator that works great. I barely have to touch my lid to get color. I went looking for it Saturday and couldn't find it in the first 2 stores I tried.   Then found it in the third but the design had changed.  Now it has a pointed applicator.  I used it on the first eye and it was okay, but then stopped flowing by the second eye. I tried shaking it, and dabbing it on my finger to get it going. Although it would discharge color onto my finger, it would not flow on my eyelid. I want the old design back! Is it still available??

I just bought this and I'm returning it. I put it on and at first I liked it then it disappeared on the inside of my eye. I reapplied it and again it disappeared so I tried to fix it with a pencil but the pencil wouldn't apply where the liner had been I tried with a gel, it wouldn't stick then I applied powder and it still came off. I was in a hurry so now I'm stuck with this mess the rest of the day!
