    Should I replace the drum unit at same time as the toner unit ?

    • Only if your printer requests them both to be replaced. Drum units have a much longer page life that toner cartridges, typically between 3 and 6 or 7 cartridges per toner depending on the page yield of the toner cartridge. The drum should be good for approximately 10,000 pages

drum success

After trying 2 new toner cartridges my printer still showed a fault, changed drum for this Xerox replacement and all now working fine. Manual says they are good for 10,000 copies , I got to 9885 with original unit so hoping this one lasts as long.
