the time factor was important , as we were printing out programmes which didn't give us much leeway betweem ordering and getting them out into the community , we only had to change the magenta yesterday , but without that we were on stop with the printing

I ordered this product on Friday, it said it would be delivered Monday (today). Just checked my account and he has not even been dispatched yet.

Hi there, I'm sorry for the confusion. The order was placed on the website and only came into the system after the 17:30 pm cut off on Friday. The team had left at around 5:30 pm and so the order wasn't processed until the team were back in the office this morning.
