I needed a foundation that covered my hyperpigmentation and looked natural. I have dry to normal skin and I use the darkest shade because I have light brown skin color. Using this foundation feels like I have a filter on, I should say I do add a bit of almond or rosehip oil to my foundation which makes it smooth and dewy. I think the application stick inside is very great because it allows me to control how much product I distribute on my face. I have noticed it does turn orange but I always quickly apply it so it's not a bother to me. I enjoy the product and the added SPF although it is not something I wear every day but only from time to time when I feel the need.

I wore this on my wedding day in 85 degree weather in barbados!! Im 42 and I got so many compliments on my skin and makeup and I'm no professional lol.  I sweated and it held up, I am very happy with this light weight formula.

Love this product by far one of my favorite drugstore foundations the coverage is there! Although i have oily skin around my tzone so when I use this foundation I bake longer but its absolutely flawless

After hearing many people recommend the Rimmel lasting finish comfort serum I looked for it in the drugstore, only to see this new bottle instead. I figured it was the same formula just repackaged, but unfortunately no. I actually bought bottles of the original comfort serum  formula off amazon to try out, and I love the dewy finish. I can see why everyone is upset. The new formula has a sheer finish with nothing really special about it....might as well use a tinted moisturIzer. I think the large doe foot applicator is a great idea though, don't really see that in a drugstore foundation. 
I hope Rimmel brings back the original formula after seeing all these comments

Love the applicator, not so much the foundation

I agree with a previous review. Please bring back the red cap. I used for over a year and loved it. This new one is nothing like the previous one. Photo attached of the one I would like Rimmel to bring back to the market.

Oxidizes, not good

Only good thing about this product is it smells good and has a cool applicator.  After applying my skin honestly looks worse than without any foundation. It creases and cracks and is making it look like I have wrinkles that I dont. It also enlarged my pores tremendously! I will have to try it with a primer and see if I can get any value out of this purchase.

Never used a foundation with this many flaws

I will not recommend this new one to anyone.its really bad.it dont stay on good it looks blotchy..go back to this old one..now im looking for a new foundation.and will replace all of my rimmel make up eyeshadow blush lipsticks eyeliner all of it ..sad rimmel messed up something good..will tell everyone not to spend money on this.go back to old one .go back to this one
