its effective and affordable . i love this make up remover, its gentle yet gets the job done! i wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner and it did a great job on taking it all off, definitely recommend trying this out! each thier own, everyone has thier likes and dislikes and this is just one of my likes.

After a shower and using regular facial wash I still had Rimmel Scandalous Eye Liner (waterproof) stuck to my face, man that stuff really is waterproof! Well I used the makeup remover and it was super gentle and cleaned it off, didn't leave gross smell or oily feeling so I didn't have to wash my face again! It really was a great NYE makeup cleaner! Cause we all know the amount of makeup used for that holiday. ;)

I received Rimmel's Gentle Eye Makeup Remover complimentary of Influenster in my #FrostyVoxBox for testing and reviewing purposes. After a long day of wearing waterproof mascara and Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl Kajal Waterproof Eyeliner, I decided to test out Rimmel's Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. I applied a small amount onto a washcloth and began to rub the product onto my eyelid to remove my make up. I was definitely pleased with the results considering that it was able to remove all my eye make up without me having to scrub very hard for it to come off. I was also happy that it didn't leave my eyes feeling irritated like other make up removers have in the past! Overall, I am very happy with this product and will recommend to others!

Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover removed my stubborn eye make up easily!

This is my first time purchase rimmel make up remover. It claims removes waterproof make up, gentle eye make up remover with oil free. I love the packaging is so simple and easy to bring for travelling plus it has oil free which i like for travel. It is gentle removing my eye make up but for waterproof mascara you need to try for more than five times to make sure all residue goes away and really clean. Over all this is good

This is definitely a nice, gentle makeup remover. However, it states that it will even remove the waterproof mascara. Well, I had the darnedest time trying to get the Covergirl Bombshell mascara I got in my last VoxBox off as well as the Rimmel Scandeleyes Waterproof Eyeliner off. After several minutes of “gently” wiping, I had the black smudged all over my eyes. I couldn’t get it off very easily at all. I would not recommend this for any black waterproof anything. But I did like it for the regular eye shadow.

Good but not good on Waterproof

it is difficult to get rid of the mascara

I used the Rimmel London Gentle Eye Makeup Remover and it removed all my eye makeup except for my eyeliner, which just happened to be from the same brand (Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner). The remover claims to gently remove waterproof eye makeup but I had to scrub my eyes so hard that they were turning red before the eyeliner even remotely started to come off. I don't wear a lot of waterproof makeup but when I do I don't want to scrub my skin raw to remove it. It was light on my skin and didn't dry it out or leave it oily.I am not sure that I would purchase this again in the future because it didn't work as it said.

Removed everything BUT my waterproof eyeliner

This remover smelled like water, and worked about as well. I got this item for free with my #FrostyVoxBox from Influenster. I used the ScandalEyes black Kohl Kajal liner and this remover didn't even get that liner to budge. What good is a remover if it can't even remove its' OWN BRAND OF EYELINER? I know it says to use a cotton ball, but I think it's because the cotton ball would do all the work for the remover in scrubbing it all off.

Bought two more. because was so please with this non oily makeup remover...new stuff a tually burns my eyes!  No idea what changed!
