I love the range of colors and I really want this so I ordered it again after Amazon refunded the price of the first one. They sent it in an envelope, so no big surprise that it was practically destroyed. Not just a few colors broken, the plastic case was completely broken. It was badly abused in shipping. I wish they had sent it in a box. When I get the next one I will review again. If it's broken too, I'll let you know. I'll let everyone know. It is good enough to re-order however. It's really everything I need in a pallette. The bronze and gold shadows that were broken are really strong pigments. It wasn't just messy, it leaked all over the house, my laptop, the floor... BUT , it was hard to clean up-- because its a strong product and I think it would be very long-lasting. Hoping I get one that is not destroyed next time. Fingers crossed
