[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of Vaseline Intensive Care Healing Serums to try out and I love all 3! The Radiance Restore smells like rich and creamy cocoa butter with a hint of blackcurrant. It claims to moisturize skin to repair and restore radiance to dull, dry skin. I've been using this one on my legs the most and it really works! I definitely recommend it.

I am not diabetic but I have trouble keeping my feet healthy especially now in the dry winter months. I have been using the Gold Bond Ultimate for diabetics and it's o.k. but doesn't seem to last. This not only absorbs and softens better it also lasts much longer at a much better price! I highly recommend this lotion at any price!

Great moisturizer!

Vaseline

I LOVED the cocoa radiant and had used it for years, and I simply loved the smell of it. I loathe the smell of this new version. The smell is just horrible, and I'm actually going to stop using it simply because of the smell. I can't seem to get rid of the smell evern after washing my hands. It moisturizes just fine, but...that smell.

It smells like an old lady.

I went to buy the Deep Conditioning Cream I love so much and found this product in its place. I bought it anticipating the product would be better and was disappointed. This product has a watery feel, similar to regular lotions. My hands do not feel moisturized and my eczema quickly returned. With the Deep Conditioning Cream I could feel it on my hands for a long time after applying. My hands felt protected, especially in the harsh winter; not so with this new product. Also, this product has a strong perfume smell, which means even if I did enjoy it I could not use it in my scent free work environment.

Sadly disappointing

For decades I have used Vaseline products. Slowly they have all been discontinued: Renewal & Firming in purple & blue bottles with collagen, pro-retinol and elastin peptides, and now finally/sadly the product in the brown bottle has been changed. As I have very dry, sensitive skin and am allergic to the preservative methylisothiazolinone. So my lotions are very important to my quality of life, and my options are very limited. I was glad to see that the new formula does not include methylisothiazolinone, however this lotion's new fragrance and poor moisturizing has caused me to conclude my use of Vaseline products. I had already started purchasing Aveeno products (one of the other few companies who does not use methylisothiazolinone in their liquid products) and will now be exploring their products further for replacing the Vaseline products that I can no longer purchase.

Vaseline 

I don't know what happened to your cocoa formulations.  I used to love the cream that came in the round jar but you no longer make it.  This healing serum is horrible. The smell is weird, and it sometimes ends up flaking on my skin like dried Elmer's glue ruining my black clothes and causing embarrassment.  This is the second "serum" of yours to do this to me.  Take this off the shelves or at least give us the cream option back.

Where is the Deep conditioning cream?

Like many others have stated this is an inferiorproduct. I usually purchase the deep conditioning cream in the tube for use on my seven year olds dry skin. I also loved using it whilst pregnant with her so am a loyal fan however this new 'serum' was a waste of money and I am so disappointed in the product. It is watery, smells awful and does not moisturise for more than an hour. My daughters skin looks so dry after an hour that I have to apply more lotion. VERY disappointed in this news product. Bring back the cocoa deep conditioning cream. Listen to your customers!

Worst lotion ever

I wanted to love this but I just can't. It leaves your skin sticky feeling long after it has been applied. I could live with that but it STINKS. I have tried all three versions and the smell is so strong, overwhelming and unpleasant that I can't stands. Neither can anyone else in the vicinity. If there was an u scented version it would help. But as it stands, this stuff is horrifying.

Sticky and stinks

I have used Vaseline products for many years. I am totally disappointed by this product. I went to purchase the Vaseline Total Moisture Cocoa Radiant in the tube and found this new product in its place. It is very expensive and does not do the job. My skin was left feeling dry and looking dull. It seems that the most valuable ingredient was removed....the Vaseline!!!!

Where's the vaseline???

I have used the regular version of Vaseline for years, but recently do to money I tried another brand. Now I have cracked hands, elbows and feet. It's painful.So when I found this restore healing cream from Vaseline, I didn't hesitate to buy it. Big mistake. It didn't help even after using multiple times a day for over a week.
