This is the most expensive box of tea I have ever purchased. Was supposed to be 6 boxes and that was what I was charged for. Can't figure out how to actually contact them to make it right.

We have bought Tazo Awake English Breakfast Tea Teabags (TAEBTT) for as long as I can remember....first from the high street and latterly online from Amazon.

This became a good move on our part over the last year or so as Safeway and the CoOp appear to have phased the TAEBTT out of their supermarket offerings. On Amazon the TAEBTT are sold in multi-packs. Each pack has 6 boxes, with each box containing 20 individually wrapped envelopes of loveliness.

Teabags have a label and string attached to facilitate brewing and to enable variation of tea strength. Each teabag is Iooped through the cup handle, steeped in just off the boil water and remains in the cup until the desired colour and flavour have been achieved (normally the darker the colour the stronger the taste). Some, like me, double up on the teabags and leave them steeping whilst enjoying their beverage...the tea varies in flavour whilst it's being enjoyed. I take my tea with a little 2% milk that I add to the cup before pouring the water in....trust me, it's a veteran move and ensures a tasty drink every time.

I know that my review will likely increase demand and ,in turn, may mean that I'll find the TAEBTT a bit harder to procure....but I am willing to risk this in order to spread the wealth.

Try TAEBTT...you won't be disappointed !

I've tried many masala chai blends; the flavour of TAZO Organic Chai is still the most balanced in spice. I was first introduced to it years ago when it was a Starbucks brand and have stayed with it since. It's a little difficult to find in stores (Walmart carries it but sells out fast) and it is outrageously priced online. This Amazon 6-box subscription delivery works out to the regular in-store price and assures I will never run out. It arrives in the original brown sealed outer box marked TAZO from the manufacturer.
Some reviews say the formula has changed. For a while I did detect a slightly muted blend but what I have enjoyed recently is the TAZO I remember. I like it strong so I just let one bag steep longer. Equally enjoyable with milk & honey or simply on its own.

A gorgeous combo of ingredients minus the ginger root which is not my fav. It seems to overtake the rest and provides a slight bitterness sadly just for me. If they make another with no ginger added, and instead a pinch of raspberry that would be absolutely perfect for my taste. An amazing product w many varieties.
