Wonderful smell, cleans away makeup and leaves your face feeling super clean

The smell....

This is an odd one... the gel itself is fine, if a little hard to rinse off, but the smell... it's incredibly chemically! It also stays on your skin for hours afterwards, so that you keep getting wafts of it now and again. It took me a few days to lock the memory of that smell down, until it suddenly popped into my head--my grandma's hairspray! You know that re-e-ally chemical smell that was slightly reminiscent of stale cigarettes! Smells exactly like that! And as I say, it manages to stick around for hours. Honestly...not the effect I'm looking for from my daily hygiene routine, Nivea.......

good for the price

I have fairly sensitive combination skin. This wash is refreshing and has a nice smell, leaves a clean feeling. The only negative is that lots of rinsing is needed or you can feel it left behind on your skin.

Horrid.

Whenever I put this on my face it had a burning sensation. Not tingly but burning.
